River Tyne - Dunston to Costco - 42 Oyster-catcher (in 1 flock), 63 Redshank, 5 Curlew, 27 Lapwing, 4 Mallard, 4 Common Tern.

Still some Swifts around, but many appear to have already departed.

Kibblesworth brickworks pools - Juvenile noted of the following Swallow, Sand Martin, Goldfinch and Chiffchaff, the latter trying to take food off Swallows.

Derwenthaugh Meadows - On Saturday there were about 6 pairs of Lapwings some with chicks, this morning none. On further inspection the carcase’s of 2 Lapwings found both had been decapitated
