Far Pasture - 1 Mute Swan Cygnet, 1 Red Kite flew low over car park from Gibside.
River Derwent 3pm - (Opposite Blaydon rugby pitches)
2 Grey Heron, pair of Mallard, Dipper (it had no rings on), Kingfisher.
River Derwent 4pm - (Weir behind tennis courts)
1 Redshank, 1 Mallard, 2 Coots, 1 Sparrowhawk, flock of 20+ Long-tailed, Blue and Coal Tits.

W Gateshead - no sign of any Long Eared Owls this morning. They were apparently flushed by a photographer yesterday afternoon.

4 Jays. A pair of Great Spotted Woodpeckers regularly feed from the peanut feeders.
